Warranty Products come with the warranty provided by the manufacturer. Advent Performance does not offer any of our own warranties and is not responsible for product failures or failures due to installation. Any claims for damage or defects to products must be reported prior to installation. In the event of a defect, the customer must email Advent Performance with a photo and description of the defective product. Upon the reception of the email, Advent Performance will determine whether or not it is a legitimate claim at which time we will arrange for the defective product to be picked up. Upon further inspection of the product, arrangements will be made to have the product replaced. Payment Advent Performance accepts credit card, Paypal payments, Cashier's Checks, Bank and Wire Transfers. Advent Performance does not accept personal checks, no exceptions. All payments must be received before shipping of product(s). All orders are to be paid in full at the time of purchase unless we contact you otherwise. Prices and shipping cost may change at any time without notice due to our ever so slightly fragile economy. Any cancellation of an order made via credit card is subject to a 5% cancellation fee with the remainder credited by to the customer. Ordering All orders are placed as soon as possible, however, it may take up to 48 hours for your order to be completely processed and shipped. Orders with address verification problems or any other issue may take longer, in which case you will be contacted by a member of the Advent Performance staff. Shipping and Returns By Default Advent Performance ships by ground shipment, other methods of shipment are available for the customer to choose from. All shipping costs are based off of weight and dimension. International shipping and sales will be dealt with on an individual basis. Shipping costs are subject to change at anytime without notice. If a product is ordered and not wanted, the unused item can be returned for a 35% restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable. All items being returned must be reported within 30 days of the original invoice date. You may not return any items after 30 days or if product has undergone any kind of modification.
All parts are aftermarket parts. Although every effort has been made by the manufacturers to conform to the OE specification, there is no guarantee that all parts will fit without modifications. |
